Peach Upside-Down Cake
Ingredients:
- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- peaches (enough to cover bottom of pan)
- cake mix - follow directions on cake mix
Directions:
- Melt butter in 9X13 cake pan.
- Sprinkle brown sugar over melted butter.
- Cover bottom of pan with layer of cut up peaches (larger chunks are better).
- Mix cake mix, following directions on box, pour over peaches.
- Bake at 350 F for 45-50 minutes.
- Let cool for 10 minutes and invert cake onto another pan. Eat warm.
