  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp yeast
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2-3 cup of flour


  1. Place warm water, yeast, and 1 Tbsp of sugar in a tall glass and let rise for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients together, add in yeast mixture from above.
  3. While mixing, slowly add remaining flour until dough is smooth and the sides of the bowl are clean.
  4. Continuing mixing for five minutes.
  5. Let rise for 10-30 minutes.
  6. Form into 2-3 pizzas.
  7. Spread tomato sauce on pizza, add other toppings as desired, and sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake at 475 F for 8 to 10 minutes.
