Gingersnaps

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup molasses
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 cup flour
  • 4 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ginger

Directions:

  1. Cream margarine and sugars.
  2. Add eggs and molasses and mix in.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  4. Roll into balls and dip half way into granulated sugar.
  5. Place sugar side up on cookie sheet and press down with a fork (don't press too much).
  6. Bake at 350 F for 9 minutes.
